"Millenium Falcon"
Fluorescent acrylic paints, fabric, wood, motor, vintage toy
6 feet high x 5 feet wide x 10 inches deep
183 cm x 152 cm x 25 cm
The fabric with the clouds painted on it revolves on 2 rollers.

The bottom roller is connected to a motor through a belt and pulley system.

The clouds and Millenium Falcon are painted in UV reactive white paint....They glow white in blacklight.

The rest of the sculpture disappears in the dark, creating the effect of the ship flying over clouds.
The Millenium Falcon is a full scale vintage toy (1.5 foot x 1 foot x 8 inches)

Its suspended in the center of the sculpture on transparent fishing line.
"Vertical Wave"
There are two of these sculptures.
Wood, motor, bearings, and fluorescent rope
6 feet high x 1 foot wide x 1.5 foot deep
183 cm x 30 cm x 48 cm 		 
A fluorescent red rope spins so fast (500 rpm) that wave shapes and volumes are formed.

The black painted structure of the piece disappears in the dark leaving just the wave shapes.
The rope is also interactive.

People can play with the rope, changing the wave paterns.
"Light Box "
Plastic, metal, motor
15 inches high x 20 inches wide x 7 inches deep
38 cm x 50 cm x 18 cm 		 


The disc on the front is a rotating plastic lens.

The circles form a flip flopping doube image.
